POST: Strategic Engagement Officer (Inclusion and Impact)
REPORTING TO: Head of Strategic Engagement and Communications
PURPOSE:
* To ensure that L?argas as a National Agency meets the policy and
operational objectives for Inclusion set at European, Governmental and
organsiational levels
* To ensure that L?argas as a National Agency effectively manages,
monitors and communicates impact of European programmes and
initiatives that it managesTo ensure that a supportive approach is
planned and implemented across all L?argas programmes and initiatives
* To promote the value and potential of international collaboration
to L?argas beneficiary groups, especially inclusion organisations
* To track inclusion targets and liase with sectoral teams in
L?argas to develop approaches to increase activity where necessary
* To develop processes to capture and report on the impact of
programmes on participants and sectors
* Work with Communications colleagues to gather, promote and
disseminate information about L?argas and its programmes, including
outcomes of participation and impact
PAY GRADE: Equivalent to Civil Service standard EO grade (PPC)

of the opportunity to attend some days in our office (Dublin) and some
