Spina Bifida Hydrocephalus Ireland (SBHI) is looking for a full-time
EMPLOYMENT AND SKILLS COORDINATOR to commence a **Apply on the

(extension dependent on funding). The role will involve the rollout of
education and employment supports for individuals with spina bifida
and/or hydrocephalus.

The position is offered on a full-time basis (**Apply on the website**
hrs p/week) working on a hybrid basis - in the National Resource
Centre, Clondalkin Dublin and remotely.

We are seeking someone with experience in education, training,
employment, or project management, who carries a passion for
facilitating real-life change for individuals with a disability. With
relevant vocational skills and professional qualifications, you will
seek to meet the needs of individuals with spina bifida and/or
hydrocephalus who wish to reengage in the workforce, or who wish to
upskill for future workforce reengagement.

This is a challenging role in a charity setting, demands on your
capabilities will be tested and we require someone who thrives on
overcoming tough situations with initiative and high levels of
self-motivation. You will be fully supported by a hands-on CEO and the
Education and Training Officer, as well as the wider team of your SBHI
colleagues who combine to facilitate life-changing work on behalf of
everyone affected.

You will need your own car, a clean driving licence, and business
insurance cover to fulfil this position. Mileage costs are reimbursed
for all work-related travel expenses subject to available budget for
this purpose.
