Our Client is one of Ireland&# *;s leading cost
management consultancies working in the Pharma and Biotech sectors.

They have an immediate requirement for an experienced Cost Engineer to
work on a Waterford based Pharma site.

You will work with a multi-disciplined capital projects team,
implementing and evaluating earned value on projects to track

Proactively monitoring and communicating budget, actual status, and
forecast costs for projects.

Creating client and internal status reports that effectively
communicate cost status

Use analytical thinking ability to assist the team to develop accurate
and timely estimates on a monthly basis.

Specific experience in cost engineering functions, including cost
estimating, cost control, change management, risk management, cost
analysis, variance analysis

Experience with work breakdown structures and resolving financial

Reviews data to assist in forecasting projects to completion

Consult with clients, vendors, or other individuals to discuss and
resolve issues.


Degree in finance/accounting, quantity surveying or engineering

Min 6+ years experience in Cost Engineering /Project Controls on
Bio/Pharma Projects

Advanced Excel and/or Power BI skills


Competitive hourly rates - negotiable dependent on experience

Long term contract min * months
