The Head of Service, Health & Wellbeing, HSE CHO 8 Midlands Louth
Meath is inviting Expressions of Interest (EOI) from organisations
with a track record of working effectively with disadvantaged
communities to co-ordinate and deliver the following community based
programme Community Cooking Programme – Healthy Food Made Easy
(HFME) across County Louth.
Successful organisations will be contracted by HSE via Section **Apply
on the website** Grant Agreement (Health Act *)
to deliver a specified service.
