* Meeting the individual needs of your key children
* Plan for the children?s learning and development through
observing their skills and interests
* Use the services preferred methods of Aistear and Siolta (Blending
other methods is also encouraged as long as the requirements for
Aistear and Siolta are met)
* Curriculum planning
* Observations
* Other relevant paperwork
* Housekeeping
REQUIREMENTS:
* Must have a minimum of FETAC/QQI level 5 in Childcare
* Experience preferred but not essential
* Must have a genuine love for children
* A working knowledge of Aistear and Siolta
* Fantastic communication skills
* A willingness to participate in CPD
* Fluent English
* Flexibility with regards to changes in the service as we change to
suit the needs of our service
* Team player- There is no ?I? in team
* Professionalism- Although we do boast a friendly home from home
approach, a high level of professionalism is always expected
