Ld Analyst, Bus Tech Liaison
RESPONSIBILITIES
:
* Become a Subject Matter Expert on NTAS, understand how the system
is configured and be the first point of contact to provide "technical"
advice and support to users, escalating complex issues to the
technology support team or vendor on behalf of service delivery team
* Assist in the preparation of Business Requirement Documents for
systems enhancements and report enhancements/creation.
* Assist in the coordination of user acceptance testing (UAT) in the
local user environment to ensure system developments and enhancements
are ready to go into production.
* Representing the support team on the NTAS user support group call,
and calls between User Support and Technology.
* Assist in the set-up of new funds, Fees and other static data on
the system. Understand all system interfaces and answer user issues
around general system functionality
* Support the Client Servicing New business team, Transfer Agency
and Valuations departments on new client mandates. This will
incorporate participation in project planning, assisting in the system
set ups and user testing where applicable.
* Working with new and existing users to implement system
developments and enhancements helping to deliver training to new and
existing users on the new systems platform.
  QUALIFICATIONS

QUALIFICATIONS
KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE: Candidate should have business knowledge of
investment operations functions, Hedge Fund admin / would be
preferable, and a strong knowledge of controls and procedures.3+
years? experience in Fund admin /Hedge Funds SKILLS: Strong
interpersonal skillsUnderstanding of Hedge Funds and related concepts
and or strong TA/FA backgroundUnderstand testing processesAbility to
develop an excellent working relationship with Clients and internal
departments.Understanding of SQL and/or Incentive Fees an advantage
COMPETENCIES: Excellent oral and written communication skillsAbility
to establish credibility at all levelsStrong commercial
awarenessExcellent Client Servicing skillsSelf motivatedResponsible
for actionsStructured and organisedAbility to work under pressure to
tight deadlines
