JOB DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: Customer Service Administrator

STATUS: Full-time, Permanent 

LOCATION : Dublin

Our client, a Telecoms/Civils Company specialising in broadband
network, are seeking to recruit a CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR. The
ideal candidate will have strong administrative skills and excellent
customer service essential with the ability to prioritise work
efficiently.

The CUSTOMER SERVICE ADMINISTRATOR will be responsible for delivering
an in-house service, working closely with corporate developers to
improve the workflow and Service Operations associated
activities. 

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO;
* Provide Tier 1 and escalation support.
* Manage customer requests and troubleshooting their issues.
* Track reports and demonstrate agility to overcome any challenges,
developing and applying solutions.
* Support and communicate with retails partners regarding order and
delivery of services.
* Responsible for timely follow-up on outstanding requests.
* Create weekly/monthly reports of team performance.
* Manage KPI/SLA performance and track record structing activities.
* Develop effective communication and teamwork with internal
customers and carriers.
* Plan and execute analysis and investigation.
* Support planned system maintenance activity while minimizing
impact to services.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THE ROLE YOU MUST;
* Have excellent communication, organization and administrative
skills.
* Understand the Telecoms sector.
*
Have direct experience working within FTTH projects in Ireland.

* Be proficient in MS packages, particularly Excel.
* Have experience working with ITIL or understanding of the
framework.
* Technical sales background and in-home environment is an
advantage. 
* Be able to manage high workloads and priorities.
