We are looking for Team Leaders and Support Workers for our new
service based outside of Ardee town. This is a full time residential
service for one service user with Intellectual Disability and Mental
Health Issues. Staff will support the service user in all their daily
needs and the main aim will be to promote community inclusion and
involvement, independence, the learning of new skills and aim to live
the best life possible. Staff will offer choices and empower the
service user to become an active participant in their local community.
Staff will also support the service user to make informed choices
about their own lives and adopt a person-centred approach at ?all
times.
