The Opportunity
They are looking for a Dublin-based consultant to work with their
enterprise customers providing support and guidance in terms of
ongoing use of their learning management system. The role will involve
a balance of Level 3 Customer Support and LMS implementation and
deployment.
Prior experience in the Learning Management Software **Apply on the

The Job:
Management of level 3 support activities for designated clients
Initial implementations of the LMS
Ongoing consulting to ensure a proactive management of the customers
Identification, scoping and implementation of projects or new
functionality with existing customers
Advising customers on best practice use of the system
Helping resolve any system or ongoing business process alignment
issues.
Undertake ongoing support, implementation and project activities such
as system configuration, problem resolution, data preparation and
imports
Ensure effective management of internal and external stakeholders
including communication, status updates, project scope, testing
outcomes and budget
Prepare project plans/implementation plans and lead project meetings,
including preparing agendas and minutes
Manage activities of multiple small to medium-scale projects to scope
and budget
Core to the role is an ability to understand business issues from the

team to develop solutions or recommendations.
Skills & Experience Required:
Tertiary level qualifications (e.g. Bachelor degree or higher) in a
relevant discipline.
At least 3 years**Apply on the website**; experience in a similar
role with similar technology
Strong BA, customer and stakeholder management and project management
skills
A willingness to be hands-on with the technology
Good written communication skills and proactive at keeping records and
documentation.
Ability to communicate and negotiate in a professional manner with
clients and colleagues.
