Project Architect
Role: Project Architect

Location: Limerick

Salary: DOE

Requirements:

* A Registered Project Architect

* A minimum of 5+ years&#**Apply on the website**; post graduate
architectural experience, focused on healthcare projects

* Must have proven success in the delivery of healthcare projects

* Previous experience leading / co-ordinating a design team

* Strong design skills and technical understanding

* Previous track record working closely with clients and contractors

* Thorough understanding and experience working within the current
Irish regulations

* Excellent communication, organisational and presentation skills

Responsibilities

* Co-ordinating layouts and equipment and preparing tender &
construction documentation for mid to large scale healthcare projects.

* Produce and evaluate feasibility studies

* Assess and manage survey requirements and production of surveys

* Develop project briefs, design programme and deliverables lists

* Be proficient in the use of Revit for preparation and presentation
of design proposals and technical drawing / production documentation

* Develop the project design, research problems and produce, develop
and advise on innovative solutions

* Manage / co-ordinate associated professionals

* Ensure continual compliance with design, legal, statutory and
professional requirements
