Position: Deal Desk Analyst

The DEAL DESK team is a critical component of sales operations
for one of our Global clients, and a key business partner for our
frontline sales representatives. As part of this team, you will be
supporting groups of sales specialists by helping them to navigate the
complexities of our client&#**Apply on the website**;s sales and
fulfillment processes. Successful Analysts will become experts in core
operations and operational change, truly understanding the nuts and
bolts of a SaaS business and sales lifecycle.

Requirements

As a DEAL DESK ANALYST you will:

*
Provide consultative support to sales representatives on the sales
process via email, telephone, internal messaging tools, and within the
CRM

*
Educate sales representatives on processes, and best practices, to
improve performance and release sales capacity to core sales
activities

*
Represent the backend sales process for the sales organization

*
Monitor the Deal Desk queue and resolve cases on a first in first out
basis. Cases may include:

*
Updating quotes

*
Changing opportunity owners in the CRM

*
Assisting with opportunity creation

*
Generating custom order forms

*
Special billing needs

*
Build working relationships cross functionally that will help resolve
special requests from clients/sales representatives

*
Be an expert in our client?s CRM and ERP systems

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

*
English proficiency is required

*
1+year of previous Customer Support/Sales Support Experience is
essential

*
Experience with Salesforce essential

*
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

* Available to work a variety of shift from 5 days per week from

*
Ability to process a high volume of transactions with accuracy and
integrity

*
Strong business acumen, organizational, time management skills and
attention to detail required

*
Ability to learn quickly in a dynamic and collaborative environment

*
A love for change and an ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

*
Proficient with Google and Microsoft office products

*
Experience with Oracle is a plus
