We have a new role available in Cork for an experienced German
speaking Sales Team Manager. The role will for our outsourcing partner
and you will specifically work for thei client who is a leading online
payment company. You?ll manage a team of in house Telesales
Representatives across the DACH market.
Your tasks is to create a stimulating work environment to continually
increase the improvement and results of your sales team. It will be
your responsibility to analyse performances and make sure your team
has the tools and knowledge they need to deliver on the sales team?s
revenue goals across both new and managed business. Designing and
delivering individual and group training/coaching sessions will be
part of your role.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates who have:
* Excellent communication skills both verbally and written in German
and English
* Previous experience in managing a customer service and/or
telesales team
* Ability to motivate and coach team members
* Good knowledge of on-line media and Ecommerce
* Target driven
* Good analytical skills
