challenge. Your role will be a key position in the team and will
provide creative and viable solutions to the commercial, financial and
contractual challenges they face. This role is a lead role with
progression to Associate within a short timescale.
Skills & Experience:
* Liaising with Contract manager- programming and resourcing
requirements
* Excellent interpersonal, organizational and communication skills
* Knowledge & experience of current CIBSE an Ashrae Design Guides,
Building Regulations, EN Standards and IEC Standard

* Strong technical ability in all aspects of Mechanical Engineering
Services & Design

* Attending meetings with clients, architects and consultants and
keeping them informed of progress
* Demonstration of systems to Client / Client Representatives in
accordance with design parameters
* Third level diploma / degree in Mechanical or Building Services
Engineering
Responsibilities:
* Checking and reporting on specifications and design drawings
* Supervising and monitoring the on-site labour force while also
monitoring the work of any subcontractors
* Design and specification of Mechanical Engineering Solutions to
current regulations and design standards
* Planning the work and organising the plant and site facilities in
order to meet deadlines
* Good communication skills with the ability to work well in a team
Qualifications:
* Engineering degree/diploma or related discipline required
* Chartership would be a plus.
* Familiar with Mechanical, Electrical, Sprinkler & Process Systems /
Construction
* Computer literate in Microsoft Office Package
* Proven track record in Commercial / Industrial / Laboratory Projects
