Boden Group are working with a global Facilities Management company,
who are looking to add a Senior Facilities Manager to their team based
in South Dublin.

Delivering an integrated facilities management contract to a
prestigious pharmaceutical client, you&#**Apply on the website**;ll
manage a team of staff and contractors on-site, ensuring the service
meets the needs of the business. You&#**Apply on the website**;ll be
responsible for nurturing a strong client relationship and providing
strategic leadership on the retention and growth of the contract.

Please note that experience with pharmaceutical sites and GMP
processes is essential for this role.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

* Leading the Integrated Facilities Management on site, with a team of
circa **Apply on the website** hard and soft service staff.

* Ensuring all Facilities Management services are delivered in line
with client KPIs and SLA.

* Maintaining GMP compliance across necessary areas of the site.

* Supporting the Senior Leadership team in retention and growth of the
client contract.

* Developing a culture of excellence across the Facilities team and
making sure all staff uphold these standards.

* Delivering any Facilities projects across the site from start to
finish.

* Responsibility for operational, financial and budget management, and
reporting on these regularly to senior management and the client.

* Previous experience at management level within the pharmaceutical or
biologics industry.

* An experienced manager who can develop people and teams.

* Qualifications in Facilities Management, Engineering, Building
Management or EHS would be desirable.

* Strong project management skills

* Experience in managing both internal and external stakeholders.

* Commercial acumen with experience managing a multi-million ? P&L.

* Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present
on complex topics.
