organisation that caters for children from 2 years to school going
age. The company has one playgroup, 3 Montessori rooms and offers
afterschool care.

Due to continued success the company is looking for a qualified
full-time Early Years Educator for a Room Leader position to join the
team, in the small Creche and Montessori school.
JOB ROLE (not limited to):
? Ability to organise, plan and deliver a child lead curriculum for a
small class.
? Ensuring the individual needs of children are identified and met.
? Adhering to company ethos, policies, procedures and operational
practices at all times.
? Communicating with parents.
? Record keeping and observations.
? Ensuring compliance with TUSLA, POBAL, DES and other relevant
organisations.
? Working compatibility within a small team.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
? Ideally have a minimum of FETAC Level 6 in Early Childhood
Education.
? Candidates with FETAC Level 5 will be considered.
? Excellent communication skills and fluency in both spoken & written
English are essential.
? Knowledge of working within the Aistear Framework will be
considered an advantage; as will Pediatric First Aid, Manual Handling
& Child Protection.
? Be patient and caring.
