Key Responsibilities
Oversee and coordinate the MEP installation for the company&#**Apply
on the website**;s scope of works on site;
Engage with project stakeholders including client
Liaise with design teams and subcontractors to ensure project delivery
on time, budget and according to scope
Lead Project Management and their subordinates
Personal Requirements

in the delivery of large-scale MEP projects, ideally Pharmaceutical,
Semi-Conductor or similar.
Demonstrated managing similar projects to tight deadlines, large
labour resources and demanding clients.
Trade or engineering background but recent experience has to be
management of large contracts
