Planner / Scheduler
DESCRIPTION

Our client are a globally respected Tier 1 Main Contractor currently
looking to hire a Planner/Scheduler on a permanent full-time basis for
a project in Sweden.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* You will plan all works orders provided from daily plan lists
within the agreed SLA ensuring correct processes are followed
* You will ensure all relevant forms are complete and populated
correctly in a timely manner
* To ensure all customer contacts are made on time and managed
within Performance Measures
* Interacting with colleagues to build relationships and promote
working as a team
* Manage the planned day escalating any unplanned absences or any
potential failures
* Work alongside Senior Management to ensure project runs smoothly

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS
* Excellent communication skills
* Effective time management
* Computer literate
* An enthusiastic team player with the ability to act calmly and
rationally in a stressful environment
* Flexibility to support the business needs
* Have the ability to constructively challenge and be challenged
whilst delivering a high standard of customer service

SALARY/BENEFITS
