PART-TIME FINANCIAL/GENERAL ADMINISTRATOR - COMMUNITY EMPLOYMENT
SCHEME (**APPLY ON THE WEBSITE**.5 HOURS PER WEEK)

We are looking for a positive enthusiastic individual who is looking
to pursue a career in finance.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:

General Administration - Centre Timetabling. Processing staff time &
leave.

Financial Administration ? Invoicing, Processing Purchase Orders,
Budgeting, Maintaining Day Books (i.e. Payments/Lodgement ledger) Bank
Reconciliations.

Reception ? Answering &? forwarding calls. Welcoming visitors into
the centre

Ad Hoc ? Ordering various Supplies (when required)

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

* Willingness to learn.
* Comfortable with numbers.
* Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Excel

PART-TIME CARETAKER/FACILITIES ASSISTANT- COMMUNITY EMPLOYMENT SCHEME

We are looking for a positive enthusiastic individual to join the FYRC
team.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:

* Opening/Closing of Building for community groups;? ensuring the
safe entrance & exit of participants.
* Setting up rooms for community groups.
* Assisting the Youth workers with the setting up of room for their
groups (only if required)
* Supporting the General Manager to ensure the property and
facilities are maintained to the highest standards.
* To assist with compliance around Health & Safety of the property,
reporting to the General Manager.
* Any other ad hoc duties.

DESIRABLE SKILLS:

* Willingness to work as part of our Team
* The ability to work alone (at times)

OPTIONAL SKILLS:

* General Knowledge of light maintenance
