As the SAP Support Analyst you will support all aspects of systems
projects/solutions for supply chain / strategic sourcing services. You
will work cross-functionally with Business systems, IT Development
teams and impacted business units to ensure all objectives are met.
Assisting with the implementation of SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing
Suite in **Apply on the website** and implementation of multiple
projects, goals and tasks.
Responsibilities:
* Manage day-to-day operational and user support responsibilities for
strategic sourcing modules
* Ensure project documents, requirements and business plans are
complete
* Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported, resolved promptly
and escalated where necessary
* Ensure implemented processes meet audit, regulatory and security
standards
* Provide support for SAP Strategic Sourcing Suite modules - Sourcing,
Contract, Supplier Lifecycle and Performance
* Support implementation of SAP Ariba Strategic Sourcing Suite
* Interacting with the sourcing organisation and supplier community to
troubleshoot system issues and answer questions
* Lead end-user training
* Perform detailed testing on new system enhancements and bug fixes
Experience:
* Knowledge of and experience with SAP Strategic Sourcing Suite
* Understanding of SAP Ariba
* Experience implementing and owning projects
* Ability to solve complex problems
* Strong time management and prioritisation skills
* Strong Microsoft Office/G Suit skills
* Exposure to data analytics
