Finance Director
FINANCE DIRECTOR WANTED FOR IRISH ENTITY OF A GLOBAL BUSINESS-DUBLIN

Abrivia are currently recruiting for Finance Director for our client,
the Irish Entity of an International Business, in their Dublin Office.
This is a new position within the business and our client are looking
for an individual who will be able to contribute from both a financial
and commercial point of view.

This role will report directly into the CEO and play an integral role
within the Executive Management team. The successful candidate will
have ownership of the entire finance function along with operations,
risk, and compliance.

_This role will require the individual to be globally mobile with a
view to potentially moving in **Apply on the website** years to one of
the international offices_

YOUR ROLE:

* Play a key role in formulating the company?s strategic business
plans while also supporting tactical initiatives
* Responsible for reporting into the CEO and management team and
providing strategic and financial planning advice
* Work closely with the CEO on new business opportunities while
providing relevant financial information
* Participate in key decision making as a member of the executive
management team
* Full responsibility for local P&L and reporting at both a local
and group level
* Ensure that all internal and external audits are managed correctly
* Main point of contact in relation to reporting of accounts to the
board and any subsequent queries
* When deciding on new business ensure that the company?s level of
risk is identified

YOUR SKILLS:

* Qualified Accountant with prior experience managing a Finance
Function
* Strong leadership skills and a track record of motivating and
leading a successful finance team
* Strong direct experience within VAT and Tax
* Prior experience working closely with board members and executive
management
* Excellent communication skills and an ability to relay information
to both internal and external stakeholders in a clear and concise
manner
* Strong problem solving and analytical skills with an ability to
make decisions based on accurate and timely analysis
* Flexibility in relation to potential international relocation
