supports adults with intellectual disability, in North Dublin and
surrounding areas. Since opening over **Apply on the website** years

clients in achieving their full potential through a person
centred?approach. With expansion and development plans in place for
the coming years, your new company is currently looking to grow their
Residential Social Care team.
YOUR NEW ROLE:
As their Social Care Worker you will assist and empower the client in
advocating for themselves and achieving their goals, through a person
centred approach. In addition to this, you will act as a role model
for the client, by following and teaching health and safety
guidelines, providing clear direction and supporting them in
maintaining good health and wellbeing. On an ad-hoc basis, you will
also work alongside the service manager in relation to service
delivery, developments and evaluation of the service via verbal and
written reports.
WHAT YOU?LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
In order to succeed in your new role, you will hold a Level 7/8 Degree
in Social Care or a related field. In addition to this, you will have
experience in working with adults with an intellectual disability, in
either a residential or day service. You will have excellent
communication skills and be confident in your computer literacy. You
will also have a full clean drivers licence.
