Assistant Contracts Manager / Engineer
Job Purpose:

Provide contract administration support and contract development for
the Contracts Team function.

General Activities

Ensure all contract data and information is appropriately entered into
relevant systems/databases. Includes regular data review and
maintenance to ensure accuracy, thoroughness, and compliance

Create contract purchase requisitions and purchase orders and manage
internal queries from stakeholders on purchase requisition and
purchase order processes;

Carry out a contract request &#**Apply on the website**;initial
submission&#**Apply on the website**; check and liaise with the
relevant parties to ensure that all required information is gathered
prior to commencing contract drafting stage;

Assist with the beginning to end process for contracts including
assisting with organising and collating

exhibits, tracking and coordinating approvals or signatures/electronic
or wet signature;

Managing information flow among internal stakeholders, vendors and
legal counsel.

Assist with urgent audit requests and contracts look-ups;

Manage and respond to a high volume of daily contract-related
inquiries;

Support the optimisation of contracting strategies and negotiation
process for new build project contracts;

Support contracts &#**Apply on the website**;lessons learned&#**Apply
on the website**; function to ensure past transactions are accounted
for and future improvements identified;

Assist and complete contract drafts for multiple forms and types of
contracts including professional services, design, design and build,
bespoke in multiple jurisdictions;

Assist with the negotiation with counterparties on commercial &
contractual aspects of contracts, including version control of draft
contracts and organising and tracking multiple tenderer contract
mark-ups in real time;

Help optimize ICMs interests, mitigate business and financial risk,
and deliver on key performance indicators that demonstrate value to
our internal customers from all contract responsibilitiesMinimum 5
years experince required
