Donnybrook Fair’s flagship store opened its doors to the public in its current format almost 10 years ago. On its original site Donnybrook Fair had been serving the needs of its local customers for forty years, the owner Joe Doyle bought the property 19 years ago and set about implementing his dream of opening a fine food hall in the heart of Donnybrook.

With a strong vision and a passion for excellence he transformed the original store into what is now DF’s flagship store. Since opening the store in Donnybrook Joe has opened three sister stores in Greystones, Baggot Street and Stillorgan.

Over the years the company has evolved to include a Cookery School, Restaurant and Catering service. Throughout the company we are a committed to sharing our Ethos of “devoted to Food“.

Duties to include cutting for retail shops, packing and labelling. Maintaining the highest possible hygiene standards. Working closely with the butcher counter manager, to manage the production of stock.
