Sales Operations and Proposal Lead
As a Sales Operations and Proposal Lead you will support both the
IQVIA Registry (IRP) and PCE team&#**Apply on the website**;s at
IQVIA, you will be responsible for developing and preparing proposals
to support IRP & PCE services and maintaining and continuing to
improve the their Sales Operations function.

This role will support the Patient Centred Endpoint (PCE) team at
IQVIA, and will be responsible for:
* Triaging new opportunities within the PCE Sciences team
* Developing and preparing proposals to support PCE services
including both text and budgets for services
* Identifying leading-class responses for common proposal responses
* Managing and maintaining leading-class responses in a proposal and
RFI library
* Supporting sales closure processes by developing contracts,
liaising with Legal on contract approval, distributing and
facilitating contract execution
* Managing CRM data and compliance
* Pipeline reporting and assisting Sales Management with tracking

* Liaising with Finance to ensure correct revenue tracking.
Resolving issues that arise with intercompany revenue transfers.
* Training and process improvement through lessons learned and
retrospectives.
* Review Requests For Proposal (RFP) received. Identify information
for proposal text and budget development; and work closely with
proposal development team to prepare and finalize proposals
* Prepare text and budget for proposals
* Identify leading-class responses for common proposal responses
* Manage and maintain leading-class responses in a proposal library
* Participate in strategy calls to discuss customer requirements and
identify discrepancies in customer information
* Perform quality control edits on all documents and oversee the
finalization of documents and distribution to the customer and
internal departments
* Support sales closure processes by collaborating with the
Principal in Charge/BD assigned to the opportunity
* Lead Sales Operations efforts, including opportunity triage,
processing, tracking, and reporting
* Uncover opportunities to better utilize available technologies to
support the sales function
* Participate in training / coaching / mentoring new staff
* May participate in customer meetings
* Perform all other duties as assigned

Key Skills:
* Previous sales proposal development and/or sales operations
experience
* Ability to interpret RFPs and proposal-related requests
* Knowledge of key issues and current developments in the
pharmaceutical and healthcare industries
* Possess strong analytical skills and excellent verbal and written
communication skills
* Good judgement and decision-making skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to establish and
maintain effective working relationships across the organization and
to engage and facilitate across multiple stakeholders to accomplish
team goals
* Strong influencing and negotiation skills
* Ability to lead and motivate a team
* Able to- and comfortable with working to tight deadlines
* Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving
skills
* Strong self-motivation and be able to work independently
* An understanding of pricing models
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Specifically
Excel, inc Pivot Tables, VLookups)
