We are looking for a TECHNOLOGY RISK & COMPLIANCE MANAGER ? EUROPE
to work in our CHERRYWOOD SITE.

Technology and Operations Services (TOS) Europe is seeking a Manager
for Technology Risk and Compliance Management for Europe who will
fully understand, document and provide effective oversight of the
technology control environment.

The ideal candidate has significant experience within the EU financial
regulatory space, preferably from a technology perspective as well as
strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Engage as a key liaison between Technology and the European
Business lines, pro-actively collaborating and communicating with the
business regarding technology risk and compliance matters.
* Promote general awareness around technology processes, risks,
controls, and compliance through education and reporting.
* Contribute to the preparation of relevant Technology Governance
meeting materials.
* Support technology elements in the audits cycle, by providing
targeted support to audits and regulatory examination cycles for UK
and Europe.
* Perform topical risk reviews and support the head of technology
risk in delivering to the executive committee.
* Monitor policy implementation and validate ongoing adherence.
* Drive efforts to ensure timely remediation of issues relating to
policy non-compliance and emerging risks.
* Assist in the support and maintenance of the technology risk
register.

SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
* Suitable Bachelor&#**Apply on the website**;s, Master&#**Apply on
the website**;s degree, professional qualification or equivalent work
experience.
* A minimum of seven (7) years of relevant experience in IT
Governance, including risk and compliance management

PREFERRED SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
* Strong organizational, analytical, and project management skills.
* Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to learn and communicate key risk management concepts.
* Ability to research and manage multiple projects and deadlines
simultaneously.
* Capability to work complex engagements independently.
* Financial services industry experience with considerable knowledge
of technology as well as its application and risk.
* Governance, audit and financial regulatory work within the UK and
EU region.
* Understanding of emerging technologies and methodologies from a
risk and compliance

perspective (e.g. cloud technologies).
* Preferred (but not strictly required) professional qualifications
include CISA, CISSP, CRISC, PCI, SAFe Agile, Lean 6 Sigma.
* Strong proficiency of MS Office suite including Word, PowerPoint,
Excel and Visio.
