A DAY IN THE LIFE OF SOME OF OUR S&P ASSOCIATES
* Work with business customers to identify their growth / marketing
plans and give advice on how to implement the product to achieve them.
* Providing multilingual customer support and brief marketing advice
to SMBs based in Europe, Middle East and Asia through different
channels ? live chat, email and phone.
* Investigating and resolving issues regarding content that is
reported for account support and/or safety; flag for action, and
resolve within agreed-upon turnaround times and standards of quality.
* Contact customers by phone and other tools to ensure timely
payment of all invoices, being pro-active to ensure an overdue
situation does not occur.
* Develop and maintain professional relationship with internal and
external clients.
* Becoming an expert on the tools and technologies for digital
marketing campaign optimization.
