WEB DEVELOPMENT TENDER

DEADLINE FOR APPLICATIONS IS 5PM ON WEDNESDAY **APPLY ON THE

1. OVERVIEW

Community Creations CLG t/a SpunOut.ie is seeking tender submissions
for a web developer to work on building our new Dynamic Signposting
Tool and working to optimise and maintain SpunOut.ie. The contract
will be based on the developer working **Apply on the website** hours
per week for a period of **Apply on the website** weeks to deliver the
work.

2. CONTEXT

SpunOut.ie is Ireland?s youth information website created by young
people, for young people. We provide information to around **Apply on
the website**,**Apply on the website**+ active readers each month.Our
vision is to help create an Ireland where young people aged between
**Apply on the website** and **Apply on the website** are empowered
with the information they need to live active, happy, and healthy
lives. We believe young people should have easy access to relevant,
reliable, and non-judgemental information.

The Dynamic Signposting Tool takes the information young people are
sharing with us about their needs, and matches them up with
appropriate supports, further relevant information, and personalised
service signposting.

SpunOut.ie has recently moved to Wordpress. We are continuing to
optimise the site to provide the best experience possible to our
readers.

3. TENDER DETAILS

_3.1 KEY CRITERIA_

Tenders will be assessed based on the following criteria:

* Tender documentation - all of the required documents, as outlined
in section 3.2, must be submitted as part of the tender process.
Applications which fail to provide all required materials will not be
assessed
* Value for money - tenders will be evaluated in relation to the
value for money offered for services provided. This will take into
consideration the quality of product as well as the fee
* Portfolio of work - the portfolio should demonstrate high-quality
content, creativity and production values, and clearly demonstrate
your suitability to deliver the projects required by SpunOut.ie
* Experience and capacity - demonstrate how you or your company has
the required skills and capacity to deliver projects for SpunOut.ie
* Environmental impact of proposal - where applicable, demonstrate
how you would minimise any environmental impact of this work

* Alignment with our values and culture - demonstrate that your
values are our values. As a team we want to do our best work and to
