with people with intellectual disabilities and other kinds of special

work, social and home lives.

YOUR NEW ROLE

Your new role, as Support Worker, will involve a broad of duties and
responsibilities including supporting residents in their home life,
day activity and social interaction. Some of the residents live in
their own apartments, where you will assist in providing full
one-to-one support in their daily needs. You will act as an advocate
for each individual, working towards their personal goals, set out in
their individualised plan.

WHAT YOU?LL NEED TO SUCCEED

In order to succeed in your new role, you will have recent and
relevant experience in a Social Care setting, preferably working with
individuals with intellectual disabilities. In addition to this, you
will hold a Level 8 qualification in Social Care, or relevant
discipline. You will be open to working various shift patterns in a
Residential Setting, and have a full, clean driving licence.

WHAT YOU?LL GET IN RETURN IN RETURN

the website** per year + with the potential to earn more on weekend
and sleep-over rates that are paid at time and a half. They have a

your application, you will be offered a permanent contract, and an
