Quantity Surveyor/Infrastructure
Position: Quantity Surveyor (Infrastructure)

Our client, an Internationally renown company, are looking for a
PROJECT QUANTITY SURVEYOR with civils experience to join their rapidly
expanding team in DUBLIN . The QS will work alongside the Commercial
Team in measuring all costs related to the project. He or she will
seek to minimise the cost of a project and achieves maximum value for
money, whilst achieving the required standard. This role offers an
attractive package with great career progression. It is a full time
permanent position.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Assist in preparing tender and contract documents
* Creating cost analysis reports for management
* Assist in preparing and analysing costings for tenders
* Valuing completed works and arranging payments within the
specified time-frame
* Performing risk and value management and cost control
* Preparing contractual claims
* Analysing outcomes and reporting on outcomes
* Adhere to all Health and Safety procedures

KEY SKILLS & RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Degree in Quantity Surveying
* Strict adherence to deadlines
* Excellent literacy, numeric and IT skills including proficiency in
Microsoft Office
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Ability to work on own initiative and act independently whilst
being able to work successfully as part of a team
* Full clean driving licence
* Flexibility in line with business requirements
* Ability to represent the company in a professional manner at all
times
