INCLUSION IRELAND

national, rights based advocacy organisation that works to promote the
rights of people with an intellectual disability.

The vision of Inclusion Ireland is that of people with an intellectual
disability living and participating in the community with equal
rights.

Inclusion Ireland?s work is underpinned by the values of dignity,
inclusion, social justice, democracy and autonomy and we use the
United Nations Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities
(UNCRPD) to guide our work.

The Vision of Inclusion Ireland is an inclusive Ireland where people
with an intellectual disability are supported to live and participate
as an equal member within the community.

The Organisations key mission is to champion the rights of people with
an intellectual disability in Ireland through securing the full
implementation of the United Nations Convention on the Rights of
People with Disabilities (UNCRPD). We will have achieved this?mission
when people with an intellectual disability have their voices heard,
are not isolated or segregated and can lead more independent and
healthier lives. The directory will seek to support families in
signposting them to services and understanding the system that is
there to support them.

It is anticipated that work on the directory will take place early

INVITATION TO TENDER

Following constructive exploratory discussions, Inclusion Ireland now
wishes to commission a disability services directory to establish the
range of services in this area. II therefore invites tenders from
suitably qualified and experienced individuals or organisations to
conduct a disability directory in accordance with the terms of
reference outlined in Section 2 of the document attached below.

Inclusion Ireland intends to award the contract in December. The
successful bidder will be required to complete the feasibility study
within six months of the award of the contract.

The successful bidder will be required to submit evidence of
compliance with tax clearance certification requirements.
