PURPOSE OF ROLE
L?Arche Cork is looking for an energetic and passionate social care
worker to support our Day Service attendees to live full and
meaningful lives. The post is a new and vital role, to enable us to
reconfigure our services in **Apply on the website** so as to increase
our capacity to provide our day service, following the impact of COVID
**Apply on the website**. You will be providing support to day service
attendees who are not resident in L?Arche, to enable them to avail
of their day service activities for **Apply on the website** hours per
week.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:
* Be kind, compassionate, energetic, creative and passionate
* Possess a degree level qualification in social care, or equivalent
* Possess a full clean drivers licence (or be in the process of
same)
* Demonstrate initiative, and have excellent interpersonal skills
* Be flexible
