Position: Customer Success Manager - Global Health Services

Services newly created entity (in the International Health LoB), which
aims at developing and rolling-out value added health services in the
areas of Access to Care, Prevention & Well-being and Digital Health
for Allianz Partners clients.

Role Overview

The Customer Success Manager will lead and manage the implementation
of relevant solutions developed by Global Health Services Product
Factory team. He/she will have the primary responsibility for the
onboarding success of new clients, along with existing clients for
innovative health services.

He/she will coordinate with the Allianz Partners` sales entities
(global, regional and local) as well as external partners in the
effective roll-out of health services from implementation to
go-to-market. He/she will monitor health services in `run` mode and
develop effective marketing plans to drive utilisation.

The candidate will be working as part of a growing cross functional
team, who are developing health solutions and shaping health
ecosystems for the Allianz Partners group.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ROLL-OUT OF ACCESS TO CARE AND PREVENTION SERVICES
FOR ALLIANZ PARTNERS CLIENTS ACROSS VARIOUS SEGMENTS: INTERNATIONAL
HEALTH (IPMI), BANK & INSURANCES, HOSPITALITY, TRAVEL AND MORE DEVELOP
A DETAILED IMPLEMENTATION PLAN AT THE START OF EVERY NEW CONTRACT
(REQUIREMENTS, PROCESSES, TIMELINES), SUCCESSFULLY LEADING THE
IMPLEMENTATION COLLABORATE WITH CROSS-FUNCTIONAL TEAMS TO DRIVE AND
EXECUTE THE HEALTH SERVICES IMPLEMENTATION LISTEN, UNDERSTAND AND
FORMALISE ALLIANZ PARTNERS CLIENTS` NEEDS AND LIAISE WITH THE ACCESS
TO CARE AND PREVENTION TEAM FOR ADAPTATION (WHEN/IF POSSIBLE) DRIVE
GO-TO-MARKET PLAN FOR SUCCESSFUL GO LIVE AND UTILISATION OF THE HEALTH
SERVICES (WITH ALLIANZ PARTNERS MARKETING TEAMS) ESCALATE PROBLEMS TO
THE APPROPRIATE TEAMS TO PROMPTLY AND EFFECTIVELY ADDRESS ISSUES
MONITOR AND ASSESS HEALTH SERVICES IN `RUN` MODE REGULARLY CONTRIBUTE
TO CROSS-FUNCTIONAL IDEATION SESSIONS FOR DEFINING NEW AND OPTIMIZING
EXISTING PRODUCTS/ FEATURES CLOSE COLLABORATION WITH ALLIANZ PARTNERS
IH LOB AND ALLIANZ PARTNERS NEW MODELS

Requirements

To be successful in this position you will need to have the following
skills/ experience:
UNIVERSITY DEGREE IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (OR SIMILAR) MIN. **APPLY

INDUSTRY STRONG PROJECT MANAGEMENT AND MARKETING SKILLS REQUIRED
