Co. Wexford Community Workshop (Enniscorthy) CLG is a not for profit
community-based organisation that provides a wide range of
health-related and social services to adults with an intellectual
disability.
We are currently seeking applications for the position of full time
Community Inclusion Coordinator on a permanent contract in Co. Wexford
Community Workshop (Enniscorthy) CLG.
GRADE: CNM2 / Clerical Grade VI
The Day Service Coordinator has a pivotal role to play in the
professional leadership of the Community Inclusion of Co. Wexford
Community Workshop (Enniscorthy). The main areas of responsibility
are: Deputy Safeguarding officer; Quality Manager ? Day Services;
Risk Management; Resource management; Staff development; Facilitating
communication and Professional leadership
KEY DUTIES:
* Ensure high quality delivery of care for our service users
* Responsible for quality improvements, audits and quality systems
in our day service
* Develop and deliver quality improvement systems and performance
indicators for the service
* Conduct safeguarding reviews for day services
* Provide professional leadership and management that promotes
efficiency, innovation, teamwork and continuous quality improvement
* Provide operational leadership and direction for staff
* Resource Management
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
* Degree in Social Care / Social Work / Healthcare / Nursing
* A minimum of three years supervisory / management experience in
the area of Healthcare or Disability Services
* Full Clean Driving Licence
