(6-MONTH, FIXED TERM CONTRACT)

OVERVIEW

JOB TITLE: CSR Executive

6 month contract to cover leave of absence.

OFFICE LOCATION: BITCI head office is in Dublin; for duration of the
contract, mainly remote/virtual working with some travel within Dublin
and nationally expected.

JOB PURPOSE

The role of CORPORATE SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY EXECUTIVE is to assist the
Membership Services Advisers to deliver on BITCI?s services to
member companies. The CSR Executive will help implement BITCI?s
development strategy, particularly in relation to working with major
companies on embedding responsible and sustainable business practices
across the organisation.
The role reports to the Assistant Manager of our Membership Services
Team.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES

* Support CSR Advisers to deliver services to member companies. The
CSR Executive will work with Advisers on the delivery of strategic
projects for member companies with key actions including:

* Analysis and write up of client and project reports, and delivery
of appropriate follow-on actions with individual companies.
* Conduct desk-based research on companies & topics, and generate
insights based on data analysis.
* Support in the design, delivery and facilitation of client
meetings and workshops.

* Deliver a selection of core advisory services on a one-to-one
basis primarily in the areas of community and employee engagement.
* Assist with the operations of the Business Working Responsibly
mark, a certified management systems standard based on ISO **Apply on

* Assist with the delivery of the network virtual event programme
including network meetings and workshops

EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE

* Educated to degree level (or with equivalent experience) preferably
in business or sustainable development or related discipline.
* Minimum of two years? experience working with business either
directly or in an advisory role.
* Experience working with complex and sensitive datasets
demonstrating a level of maturity in approach to data management and
reporting.
* Knowledge of corporate responsibility and sustainability as
applied in large businesses.
* Knowledge of the various business sectoral networks and civil
society organisations in Ireland.
* Awareness of best practice models in corporate responsibility and
sustainability management.
