Product Delivery Lead, Customer and Commercial IT EMEA
POSITION OVERVIEW:

This role supports the Coca-Cola Regional EMEA Delivery Center team in
Dublin and our development partners to deliver scaled business value
through the implementation of digital product solutions and services.
?Focused on IT Solutions in the Customer and Commercial (CCL) arena,
this individual is accountable for deploying a strategic portfolio of
digital products fOCUSED ON EXECUTION across the EMEA markets.
?Leading project teams sourced from our regional and global networks,
the Product Delivery Lead will collect requirements and design, manage
and supervise the build of CCL solutions that provide measurable
business value and strengthen capabilities in the Coca-Cola System,
across both TCCC and Bottlers.

This role will be responsible for partnering with OU IT Teams on
collection of user requirements and analysis of business processes as
well as guiding internal and external DevOps team through Agile
process to develop the applications. Day to day work will include
requirements collection, business process mapping, product backlog
management, sprint planning, execution supervision and testing and
daily stand ups with operations team. ?The Product Delivery Lead is
accountable for maximizing the assigned product?s business value and
client satisfaction levels by tracking and acting on adoption levels
and user feedback

PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Understand key business objectives, vision and strategy OF THE
EXECUTION PRODUCTS and help communicate to the team in partnership
with the Program or Portfolio Manager.
* Communicate clearly and concisely to a wide range of stakeholders
on the product objectives, use cases and roadmap plans
* Lead planning and execution of projects according to TCCC project
management methodology (Agile), meeting agreed deadlines and adoption
goals.
* Gather requirements and maintain clear backlog of work and product
information in the approved Agile project management tools (DevOps,
GitHub, Wiki). Coordinate and facilitate Product Chartering, story
mapping, sprint/release planning meetings, daily stand-ups, reviews,
retrospectives and demos with internal (Sofia, Dublin) or external
developer teams
* Ensure compliance with TCCC global processes, global development
and security standards. Train contractors, technical integrators,
agencies, and coordinate trainings with global teams.

SKILLS

* Working knowledge of Agile tools (e.g. JIRA, VersonOne, Asana,
etc. ? Azure DevOps and/or GitHub is preferred)
* Working knowledge of Agile / Scrum / Kanban
* Demonstrated ability to understand technical approach & drive
technical discussions
* Must be an excellent communicator, able to gain the respect of the
team, external stakeholders, and leadership
* Excellent facilitation skills with ability to influence change at
higher levels

EDUCATION

* Bachelor degree in computer science, IT management or equivalent
* Product Owner Certification (CSPO) is a plus
* Project Management or Agile certification is a plus

WORK EXPERIENCE

* 2+ years of experience as a Product Manager (or equivalent
experience) working in an Agile environment managing the delivery of
product or program digital initiatives demonstrating effective
coordination of engineering, design/UX, and marketing stakeholders
* 5+ years on IT field having had management roles such as Product
Owner or Scrum Master / Agile Delivery Manager
* Experience of working in FMCG environments is beneficial
* Experience and understanding of the Coca-Cola system and franchise
model is a strong advantage
