how the HUMAN RELATIONS ADMINISTRATOR role will make an impact: Key
responsibilities for this role include:
* Administration of the weekly/monthly payroll process
* Administration of the Time Management System (TMS)
* Administration of all benefits, such as Pension, VHI etc.
* Act as POC for any employee payroll/benefit related queries &
employee letter requests
* Administration of the on-boarding/off-boarding process and deliver
the induction programme
* Responsible for the contract management
* Co-ordinate ad hoc HR reports and statistics.
* Cover for reception area
* Provide assistance to the HRBP in relation to Talent Acquisition
administration
* Work on various HR Projects as required
The minimum qualifications for this role are:
* Third level qualification in Business Administration and/or H.R.
(CIPD qualified is preferable) minimum 2 years? experience. However,
a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into
consideration
* Must have a good understanding of employment legislation (Irish
employment law) and knowledge of H.R. Systems (TMS, Workday)
* Excellent interpersonal skills and a willingness to work as part
of a team.
* Ability in building positive professional relationships with all
internal stakeholders.
* Strong work ethic, results driven
