Graduate Manufacturing Engineer to join progressive manufacturing firm
in Co. Monaghan

We are currently seeking to recruit a Graduate Manufacturing Engineer
to join a leading Engineering firm at their modern headquarters in
County Monaghan. Our client are a leading manufacturer and supplier of
waste and recycling equipment and have a great reputation not only for
the quality of their products but their ability to develop Engineers.

YOUR NEW ROLE

As the new Graduate Manufacturing Engineer you will join an experience
team and help develop a maximum efficiency culture within production.
In your role you will help drive continuous improvement techniques
such as 5S, Lean 6 Sigma, process improvement, 8Y etc. Your aim will
be to reduce cost and waste will driving production output. In your
role you will work with the wider Engineering team and get involved in
NPI projects in which you will help design and develop parts and
products with ?design for manufacture? in mind. In this varied
role you will use various engineering software packages including
SolidWorks, AutoCAD, ANSYS, CES EduPack, Process Book and many more.
In your new role you will be involved in test and trials of prototype
products and you will be required to produce technical and analytical
reports.

To be successful in securing this exciting Graduate role you should be
coming with a Degree in Mechanical or Manufacturing Engineer (or
related subject), previous experience working in process, design or
manufacturing related role (Degree placement), an understanding of
Lean / CI and skills in CAD etc. It is important that you have strong
communication and interpersonal skills and the ability to keep
accurate technical records.
