LEARNING AND DEVELOPMENT FACILITATOR
CORK
We have an exciting opportunity within our Learning and Development
team to support the growth of the organisation. We are looking for a
highly motivated individual to join our innovative and supportive team
of Learning and Development professionals. You will be involved in the
delivery of training programmes, assessment of professional health and
social care qualifications and will have the opportunity to assist the
Head of Learning and Development and Managers to develop training
programmes across the range of our services throughout the
organisation. This role will enable you to expand your previous
knowledge and experience whilst providing opportunities for continuous
professional development.

TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS ROLE YOU MUST MEET THE ESSENTIAL CRITERIA,
WHICH INCLUDES;
* Professional qualification in Social Work OR First/Second Level
Nursing OR Occupational Therapy OR QCF Level 5 Diploma in Leadership
for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People?s Services
OR QQI/FETEC Level 7+ Major Award in the Health and Social Care Suite
AND 2 years post qualification experience working within services for:
Learning Disability, Autism, Mental Health or Personality Disorder
OR
* QCF 3 in Health and Social Care with 5 years post qualification
experience working within services for: Learning Disability, Autism,
Mental Health or Personality Disorder
