ROLE

In summary the EMEA Customer Advisory Board Program Manager supports
the VP Sales GTM with the strategy and coordination of the EMEA
Customer Advisory Board (CAB). The EMEA CAB is established to
accelerate access, influence and relevance of ServiceNow across G2K
boardrooms in EMEA, driving the regional growth plan through the geo
markets in the region.

WHAT YOU GET TO DO IN THIS ROLE:
* Manage and scale the execution of the EMEA Customer Advisory Board
* Organise and manage quarterly board meetings with CAB Advisors and
ServiceNow executive leadership
* Orchestrate strategic C-Suite engagements at key EMEA customers by
working with the region?s sales leadership role and CAB advisors
* Enable and coach ServiceNow GTM teams on how best to use the CAB
* Engagement with Office of the CEO on customer touchpoints and
briefings
* Deliver quarterly reporting, utilizing analytics to build and
review customer engagement journey and CAB impact

IN ORDER TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE, WE NEED SOMEONE WHO HAS:
* Project Management experience, ideally with a combination of sales,
marketing and exec engagement within a high growth business
* Highly organised and experienced at managing multiple stakeholders
* Sound commercial understanding
* Strong communications skills
* Proven ability to influence and shape
* Ambitious and innovative mindset with a focus on quality and
creating a great experience
* Energetic self-starter with a proven track record for getting
things done in a high-growth, ambiguous environment
* Experience in the technology or software industry at some point in
career would be a big advantage
