1. MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

GENERAL

* Support the delivery of?a National, cross sectoral, public
awareness campaign for the charity, community and voluntary sector,
focused on elevating the impact and value of the broad sector.

STAKEHOLDER AND CONTRACTOR ENGAGEMENT

* Assist in co-ordination of external contractors in the areas of
design, training, polling and research.
* Work closely with the campaign steering group, as well as other
external networks as required.
* Assist Campaigns Manager in management of operational campaign
budget.

EVENTS

* Lead on the logistical work surrounding campaigning events
including trainings and campaign launch events.

COMMUNICATIONS

* Coordinate and create content for Good in All of Us campaign
digital platforms (social media and website).
* Targeting of specific audiences with digital content in line with
the campaign?s strategic objectives.
* Support roll-out of the communications strategy including support
across social media channels.
* Provide meeting administration support.
* Support the preparation and presentation of reports based on
campaign KPIs which should include the use of online design tools to
provide visual representation of data.

OTHER

* Undertake any other duties as may reasonably be assigned by the
Campaigns Manager.
* Actively protect the integrity of the members of the Steering
Group and the values of the campaign through honesty, sincerity and
service to the public benefit ethos of the charity, community and
voluntary sector.

NOTE

that the campaign will be dynamic and fast paced and it may be
necessary to step beyond the areas outlined above to support its
development from time to time.

2 .PERSON SPECIFICATION

ESSENTIAL CRITERIA

* At least three?years? experience?in campaigning for change in a
voluntary or professional capacity.
* Proven ability to engage with a range of stakeholders in a
professional, positive and collaborative manner.
* Strong experience in project management, event management and
logistics.
* A thorough understanding of social media platforms.
* Creativity in developing multimedia and social media content for
engaging audiences.
* Confident in managing varied social media channels (Instagram,
Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook).
* Highly?motivated and enthusiastic?team player, happy to share
learning and collaborate while also able to work on own initiative.
* Highly organised, capable of working in a fast-paced environment
and working efficiently to competing deadlines.
* Excellent communications (oral and written English), presentation,
interpersonal and influencing skills for engaging a wide variety of
contacts.

DESIRABLE CRITERIA

* Proven experience using image creating tools e.g. Adobe suite,
Canva etc (candidate will be producing content including images,
videos and infographics)
* Knowledge of the charity and community sector in Ireland and a
proven passion and belief in the value of the charity and community
sector.
* Previous experience of polling and qualitative research.
* Experience of?using?website updating software, bulk email,?CRM
