YOUR NEW COMPANY

Your new company provides Residential, Supported Living, and Outreach
Services for individuals with autism in Dublin and Kildare. Their main
goal is to consistently maximise the individual?s independence and
enhance their quality of life through a variety of tailored
programmes. Your new company caters for the uniqueness of every
individual and tailor a programme that meets that each person's
specific needs.

YOUR NEW ROLE

Your new role as Support Worker, you will be responsible for keeping
the individual?s documentation and health reports up to date, as
well as advocating on their behalf when necessary by liaising with
various multidisciplinary team members regarding sourcing support. You
will successfully support clients in their everyday lives, taking
clients out into the community for appointments and leisure
activities, assisting with meal preparation, personal care while also
completing reports, shift notes and providing detailed handover to
staff coming on shift.

WHAT YOULL NEED TO SUCCEED

In order to succeed in your new role, you will have a relevant Level 6
+ qualification in Social Care and be immediately available and open
to various shift patterns, covering annual and sick leave. You will
have recent and relevant experience in a Residential Service, ideally
working with Intellectual Disability, and enjoy assisting service
users reach their full potential.
