Personal Assistant
What will you be doing?

? Providing comprehensive Executive level administrative
support to the BE Chief Operating Officer (COO)

? Organising a range of internal and external meetings and
functions at internal/ external venues, which may involve senior
contacts in Ireland and across Europe

? Total control of COO?s diary including scheduling
appointments

? Undertaking administrative duties to include expense support,
record keeping, invoice & purchase order processing, handling supplier
correspondence

? Acting as first contact point for a wide range of
stakeholders, some high profile ones

? Booking all travel arrangements and accommodation for the
function management team, as well as itineraries including, visas,
foreign currency etc., as needed

? Providing admin and diary management support to Dublin based
COO function management team

? Supporting other senior managers during their
assistants&#**Apply on the website**; absence

WHAT WE?RE LOOKING FOR:

? Relevant experience as a senior level personal and/or team
assistant, ideally with a Banking background

? Excellent communication skills required, both written and
verbal

? Experienced in working with MS Office, especially Microsoft
Outlook and Word

? Good planning and organisation skills, time management,
attention to detail

SKILLS THAT WILL HELP YOU IN THE ROLE :

? Motivated individual with good communication and social
skills

? Discretion and ability to keep confidential and sensitive
matters protected

You will be based in our new flagship office, One Molesworth Street,
which is in the heart of Dublin city centre. We are currently
expanding which drives a culture of change and hard work ethic,
