GP CARE FOR ALL: Medical Practice Manager
GP CARE FOR ALL, is not for profit organisation focussed on creating
General Practice services in areas of deprivation.

It?s looking to recruit an experienced MEDICAL PRACTICE MANAGER to
support its expansion plans.

GP CARE FOR ALL are planning to add a new practice in an area of
Dublin under served by GP Services.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO CAN

* Put together a business plan to set up a new practice
* Oversee the execution of that plan

* Manage the new practice when it is up an running. This would
include

* To manage the non-medical aspects within the practice
* To work in collaboration with the practice doctors to ensure there
is sufficient resources, - People, Materials and Services, in place to
ensure the practice can service the demands of its patients
* To ensure the running of the practice is in compliance with all
Laws, Regulations and Practice policies. Ensure all staff are fully
aware and compliant with these policies
* To manage the office staff, and receptionist
* To manage service providers and suppliers
* Draw up budgets and track practice performance

IDEALLY WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WHO HAVE

* Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with
Clients, Physicians, HSE and other healthcare professionals.
* Understanding of the HSE, GMS Scheme and the claims process
* have good analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
to find creative solutions to solve various administrative problems
that arise in healthcare.
* Organizational skills are a must because practice managers need to
pay close attention to detail for maintaining schedules in large
medical facilities.
* Having an up-to-date knowledge on the latest advances in
healthcare technology and technical skills for using electronic health
records is also beneficial.
* Be skilled in Vendor Management and People Management
* Good planning skills. Can put together a business plan, with
financial estimates, task to complete, and estimates of effort.
