JOB TITLE: HOME CARE SERVICES MANAGER

REPORTS TO: CEO or nominee appointed by the board of directors

CONTRACT TYPE: Full Time, Permanent

JOB PURPOSE: The purpose of the role is to manage Home Care Services
operated by Trustus. The successful candidate will lead a team of

provide essential care services in the home for elderly persons as
identified by the HSE.

Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, the successful applicant
will have a multi-disciplinary background in Office Management, HR,
Finance (budget planning and management), IT and Business Development
(including the completion of tenders). He/she will be capable of
managing all aspects of day-to-day home care operations, and possess
excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

As the landscape of our industry changes daily, the Home Care Services
Manager must have the ability to adapt quickly and be responsive to
new opportunities, whilst also meeting existing operational
requirements.

The successful applicant will be a dynamic, innovative team player; a
leader with extensive experience in the home care sector; an
individual with knowledge and experience of managing client
relationships; client care plans and clinical governance; staff and
staff schedules and rotas and recruitment processes.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

duties and 7 day rota attendance.
* Management of Quality assurance, quality control and quality
improvement clinical governance
* be responsible for case management and reporting to CEO/ Board,
HSE and other regulatory authorities as required
* Design and implement day care business planning which meet with
clients and funder requirements in an efficient and practical manner
* Promote the development of an open organisational culture that
promotes collaboration, continuous learning and the pursuit of
excellence
* Preparation of periodic & annual reports for the CEO and Board
* Build & maintain relationships with key stakeholders, clients,
funders partners, vendors, suppliers and relevant consortia
* Assess overall company performance against objectives and together
with the CEO/Bard instigate corrective action as necessary
* Keep abreast of changes in regulation and legislation and ensure
adherence & compliance
* Develop and implement training needs plan in line with statutory
requirements and as required in order to achieve best practice service
delivery standards
* Work closely with CEO and Senior Team to drive overall
organisational performance
* together with the CEO and other senior managers ensure a dynamic
and real time communications model is fully implemented including
visit and incident recording by electronic means
* Any other reasonable duties as they arise

REQUIREMENTS

* A minimum of 5 years relevant experience in a similar role
* A third-level qualification in Care Management, Business or a
related field
* Previous experience of managing a large team in a busy dynamic
environment
* Satisfactory Garda Vetting
* Excellent references supplied by previous employers in this sector
* ability to work on own initiative, as part of a team and or in a
team leadership
* Interpersonal skills and leadership capability are paramount, as
great teamwork is vital to our success.

The salary scale for this position is **Apply on the website**,**Apply

the website** over 9 incremental points, starting point will reflect
experience and qualifications
