Description:
We currently have a vacancy for an Oracle Developer based at our offices. We require either a contractor or a permanent person. This role would ideally suit a Developer with 3 years of experience. Self starter capable of taking on work and progressing with minimal Management Input.
Essential skills:
· Good development experience using Oracle PL/SQL - 2-3 years
· Good knowledge of HTML and Javascript ? 1-2 years
· Experienced in the use of XML
· Experienced in working with Oracle 8i/9i databases
· Self-starter with excellent problem determination skills
· Experience of working effectively within a team and having good communication / knowledge imparting skills
· Excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written and experience in producing well-written and well-presented reports / documentation in the English language.
Desirable skills:
· Previous development experience with the Oracle WebDB tool.
· Familiar with well known internet security attacks and development of secure code to prevent such attacks.
· E xperience generating feature rich web pages using the Oracle PL/SQL Web Toolkit packages.Oracle Developer
