Learning and Development Manager Summary Salesforce?s People
Leadership Development (PLD) group designs and delivers development
programs, leads the global coaching philosophy and related services,
deploys a range of resources to equip teams for high performance, and
builds communities of practice for Salesforce executives to connect
and grow. The Learning and Development Manager is a highly
consultative role, responsible for the successful design and delivery
of development experiences for a range of emerging and established
leaders in the Salesforce leadership population.

The Learning and Development Manager draws on deep instructional
program design, facilitation and delivery experience, as well as
strong business acumen to lead the development of innovative learning
experiences (face-to-face, and live-online) that produce measurable
impact and support the talent pipeline of a fast-paced, high-growth
company.

_RESPONSIBILITIES_ Provides both strategic and operational support for
the design and delivery of a variety of cutting edge development,
teaming, and coaching programs, including budget development and
management and stakeholder management (Faculty, Coaches, Support
Staff, SMEs, and External Partners) Designs and facilitates training
and development sessions, interactive meetings, and a variety of
solutions via multiple modalities to diverse audiences. Develops
specific evaluation and assessment tools to measure impact, including:


business results, ROI, enhanced talent pipeline, and improved
behaviors clearly demonstrated Drives continuous improvement,
innovation, accountability, and scalability of development initiatives
Develops and maintains learning assets, curriculum, and a variety of
leader development best practices that align with organizational goals
and values Partners with external vendors where appropriate and
manages budget and vendor agreements when necessary Constantly raises
the bar to innovate, simplify and maximize the effectiveness of new
and existing people leadership development programs Qualifications:

_EDUCATION_ Bachelor&#**Apply on the website**;s degree in Business
Administration, Leadership/Organization Development (OD), or
equivalent experience Applicable facilitation and coaching
certification(s) strongly desired Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I)
subject matter expertise strongly desired Experience & Skills ~**Apply
on the website** years of progressive Leadership/OD/OE experience
within large organizations Instructional design experience building
and delivering high-visibility, global programs Expert facilitator
capable of consistently and effectively engaging a wide variety of
audiences.

Deep knowledge of leadership and organization development, change
theories, learning models and best practices, instructional design
strategies, and learning assessment - and a natural curiosity for
leveraging leading edge practices Extensive experience delivering
leadership development programs and courses in multiple modalities,
including high-touch face-to-face and live-online using a variety of
technologies Passionate about vertical leadership development, the
?humanising? of work, and the importance of developing top talent
in a high-growth environment Broader organization and leadership
development experience in large, global organization Strong
communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills
Demonstrated ability to translate business strategies into critical
talent development initiatives Excellent written, presentation and
