Administrative Assistant
TITLE: Administrative Assistant

About the Position:
Under the supervision of the General Manager, you will assist the GM and Senior Associates in various tasks including, but not limited to:
• Answering phones
• Make calls to clients for various needs such as appointment confirmation
• Maintaining daily office functions such as office supplies and mailings
• Proficient in MS Office and Excel
• Book keeping for AR/AP & Expenses
• Maintaining client information in a database filing system
