Receptionist
G4S Secure Solutions Ireland are seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our client in Clonmel. This position is full time, covering Mon-Thurs, 8am - 4:30pm and Fri 8am - 3:30pm.

Main Duties:

Operating switchboard and directing calls in a professional manner
Sending shipments by courier & handling outgoing post.
Managing and ordering stationery and other essential office stock
Co-ordinate and deliver weekly Site Communications newsletter
Manage Bike to Work Scheme
Manage and approve new mobile phone applications
Provide Admin Support for HR function
Responsible for Meeting Room Booking system
Ad hoc project support for HR as required.

Requirements

Personable, friendly, enjoys interacting with a variety of stakeholders.
Minimum of 2 years experience
Excellent verbal & written communication skills
Fluent English.
Excellent organisational/time management skills
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritise tasks efficiently and work on own initiative
Ability to adapt to a fast paced, hands-on environment
Leaving Certificate or equivalent work experience
