At BSS we are looking for a Design Coordinator with an MEP background
to work with one of our clients, a Leading Tier 1 contractor.
Your Responsibilities
Coordination of MEP Design on live project
Monitoring of build in line with agreed design issued
Assist in briefing Design team communicating between Design Team,
Client & Subcontractors
Provide advice and guidance on Design throughout construction process
Contribute to provision of As Built information What you need to have
Three years or more in a design and technical development background
Knowledge of industry standards in MEP
Excellent communication skills both written and verbally
Experience of working with multidisciplinary teams
Experience in AutoCAD 3D modelling would be advantage
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Building
